What Working Here Looks Like
Remote-First
Work from anywhere in the UK. We use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and async communication to stay connected without unnecessary meetings.
Certifications Supported
We actively support Microsoft certifications — Azure, M365, Security — and factor learning time into your workload. Not just in theory.
Varied Work
You'll move between client consultancy and product development. Some days Azure architecture, some days mobile app features — rarely boring.
Direct Access
Small team means no layers of management. You'll work directly with the founder, have genuine input into decisions, and see your impact clearly.
